Thanks to the huge generosity of the local community and SALV, we have been able to purchase this wonderful new machine that can make collecting your medications easier and more convenient than ever before!

​​​All you need to do is to sign up below.

By providing your mobile phone number, we can send you an SMS message with a unique PIN, each time you have a new prescription

​

Please note you will have 4 days to collect your medications after being notified with the code and, once at the machine, you have one minute to remove the medications otherwise the vending window shuts!

Please note - there may be some medicines which may not be suitable to be collected from the collection point. These will need to be collected in person from Shere Surgery & Dispensary during normal opening hours.

All information supplied to us will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be stored in accordance with current GDPR and Data Protection Act legislation and in line with NHS Information Governance. Shere Surgery & Dispensary will NEVER share any personal information with any third party unless we have consent.
